Banana Pudding Popcorn Recipe
2 bananas
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups popcorn kernels
1 cup mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in sugar, milk, cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Pour the pudding mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat. Spread the popcorn out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the kernels are lightly browned.
